Terms of Service

The service

Vidmill is a self-serve tool that helps creators generate and schedule videos. You connect social accounts you own (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), describe your channel, and the service generates long-form videos and shorts that you can review and edit before they are published to your connected accounts.

Eligibility & accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.

Your responsibilities and content

• You certify that you have all necessary rights to any content, prompts, brand descriptions, and assets you provide to or publish through Vidmill.
• You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before they are published, and for ensuring that content you publish complies with each platform's community guidelines, terms, and applicable law (including YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram policies).
• You will not use Vidmill to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or that violates the rights of others.

Third-party platforms

Vidmill interacts with third-party platforms through their APIs. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions, or actions of those platforms (including content removal, rate limits, or account suspensions).

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to disrupt or overload the service, no circumventing usage limits, and no use that violates any platform's rules or applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using Vidmill and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or create risk or legal exposure for us or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations or any platform's requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Argentix LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
